Q:The edit comment button has disappeared!
A:Look in the meatball menu.
Word has moved the option into that menu along with the Resolve and Delete options so that an Edit “button” no longer pops up when you click on a comment.
What we want is to be able to comment in footnotes, or paste a table in a comment… but at least we’re getting confusing changes that don’t change the function!
Troubleshooting
Remember that you have to “post”/Save a comment after editing/revising it.
